1Will I hit the AI limits?
It is very unlikely. We set the base limit at 300 actions because that represents roughly 15 hours of pure drafting and review time for a human. That is about 10–15 significant AI tasks (like drafting a full complex letter or analyzing a lease) every single business day. For most firms, this feels effectively unlimited.
2How does the "Pooling" work?
We treat your firm as one unit. If you have 3 users, your firm gets a total of 500 AI Actions (300 base + 100 + 100) and 140 GB of storage (100 base + 20 + 20). It doesn't matter if one paralegal uses 400 actions and the partners use 50—as long as the total stays under the firm limit, you are good to go.
3How much is 100 GB of storage really?
It is massive. Legal documents are text-heavy and generally small in file size. 100 GB typically holds between 50,000 to 100,000 PDF documents. Unless you are storing hours of 4K video evidence, you likely won't need more storage for a very long time.
4What counts as an "AI Action"?
We only count high-value tasks. 1 Action = Extracting facts from a document, drafting a new document, or running a complex AI query. 0 Actions = Simple chat follow-ups, navigating the dashboard, or viewing extracted data.
